I remember those good old saturday nights when it was the Saturday Trilogy on M6 (french channel). It was during one of those nights that I discovered Supernatural, right after Smallville. The funniest was that Jensen Ackles was in the Smallville season showing on tv, Jensen ackles being the main actor of Supernatural. Yes, remember : he was Lana Lang's boyfriend ! If you can't, all the better for that, it was a dark chapter in his career.
Anyway... I was 10 years old and a big fan of the show. When I heard a fantasy serie talking about all kinds of monsters in a dark and freaky atmosphere was coming out, I immediately jumped on the concept. I already liked the actors from other series they played in (Ackles in Dark Angel, Padalecki in Gilmore Girls) but together they make the funniest and most endearing duo on television.
I started this show with expectations and all of them have been pleased. But mostly I started it with the pleasure of discovering an original serie (at the time) who knows how to evolve and follow its fans

Synopsis :
Sam is leading a normal life : he goes to uni and has a girlfriend, Jessica. However, in this world, nothing can be that easy. His big brother, Dean, asks him to take over the family business : fighting demons.
Dean tells him their father disappeared during a mission and asks his help to find him. Reluctant, Sam agrees to help him for one last mission. Unfortunately, he finds his girlfriend smashed against the ceiling one evening, covered in flames. He has no choice : he has to resume the hunt.
Sam and Dean go together on the USA roads looking for their father and to defeat that familiar demon who killed Jessica.

Bobby's character was named after one producer of the show : Robert Singer. Although it looks dramatic and hair-raising, it emains one of the funniest and most pleasant-looking show. It's also full of geek references
